Agreements

Tenant agrees to rent the unit for a minimum of 2 months.
Tenant must submit written notice one month prior to vacating.
Renter provides own lock and insurance.
Rent is due on the 1st of the month. A $20 late fee is assessed to any delinquent account after 5 days.
